D Summer's 1977 hit "I Feel Love" was included to the United States' records on Thursday, six days after the disco queen's loss of life, along with Prince's "Purple Rain" record and 23 other sessions considered social or traditional gifts.
The National Producing Computer personal computer operating system of the Collection of The legislature in California DC also included the record "A Charlie Darkish Christmas", the speech of late correspondent E R. Murrow, and Dolly Parton's 1971 autobiographical tune "Coat of Many Colors" to its collection.
"America's sound history is an integral part of the country's lifestyle and history, and this seasons choices indicate the variety and creativeness of the American experience," Librarian of The legislature Wayne Billington said in a declaration.
